A:Most vibrators & small toys are IPX7 full waterproof for shower use; full-size silicone dolls are partial waterproof (body wipe only, avoid long soaking). Waterproof level is labeled clearly on product specs.
A:Clean with warm water + neutral toy cleaner before & after use, air dry in cool shaded place, store separately away from sharp items. Water-based lube is recommended for silicone products; avoid oil-based lube which damages silicone.
II. Privacy & Packaging
A:100% discreet neutral packaging: no brand name, adult-related words or product pictures on carton & courier slip. Only general logistics info is printed; couriers cannot know inner contents.
A:Payment bill shows neutral merchant name only, no adult-related keywords on bank/card billing record, fully protect your purchase privacy.
A:We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses and freight-forward warehouses for customs & privacy rules; please fill residential physical address.
III. Shipping & Customs
A:Ship to most EU, UK, US, CA, AU mainstream countries. Standard shipping: EU/UK 5–10 working days, US/Canada 6–12 working days; Express 2–5 working days after dispatch. Tracking number will be emailed once shipped.
A:Buyer is responsible for local customs tax per national import law. Orders under local tax-free threshold usually avoid duty; Tickt will provide customs invoice as required.

IV. Return, Warranty & After-sales
A:Per EU Consumer Right Directive & hygiene regulations:
1. Opened/used intimate products: non-refundable & non-exchangeable for sanitary safety;
2. Defective items with quality issues within 30 days: free replacement after proof submission.
A:Take clear photos/videos of defects, send order number + files to support@tickt.cn within 7 days after receiving goods, our team reviews and arranges new item delivery.
A:Electronic toys have 12-month manufacturer warranty against factory defects; silicone non-electrical items offer 6-month quality guarantee, detailed rules on product page.
V. Payment & Order Service
A:For sample orders, support Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, all payments adopt end-to-end encrypted checkout to protect card privacy; for bulk orders, support T/T and PayPal.
A:For samples, the order can be canceled/edited before warehouse dispatch via email support; once shipped, no order cancellation available. For bulk products, the order can be canceled before making the deposit; once deposit received and production is executed, no order can be cancelled.
